  3. Shipping Time: We aim to ship all orders within 2-7 business days of receiving them. However, please allow for up to 7-10 business days for processing during peak seasons or holidays.

  4. Shipping Cost: Shipping costs vary depending on the location of the customer and the weight of the order. 

  5. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

  6. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and the location of the customer. Please allow for 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States, and up to 14 business days for international orders.

  7. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be applied to international orders.

  8. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  9. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
